Track & trace and order shipment

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link from UPS through your e-mail. The tracking link will become available at the moment the order has left our warehouse.

Turns out that the track & trace code doesn't work? Status of the shipment doesn't change? Please get in touch with us by contacting our customer services department. We'll sort it out immediately.
