Credit notes:
Refunds—whether due to changes to your order, cancellations, or returns—are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. The refund will be sent back to the same bank account used for the initial payment.

Status of your payment:

You can check the status of your online payment in your My Winparts account. If the payment status hasn’t changed within 1 to 2 business days, please contact our Customer Services team for assistance.

Status of your refund:

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to track the status of a refund. However, as soon as we notify you about the refund, it will typically be processed within 1 to 3 business days. If it takes longer, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Services team.

Please note that refunds are not processed during weekends and bank holidays, which may slightly delay the process.
